Account files and applications are available to the account owner and the relevant Mama Media team. Submitting work does not automatically publish it. Hosting and email providers may process the data needed to operate the service.

Retention and deletion

We retain data as needed for the account, request and related obligations. You can delete your files from your account and request corrections or account deletion using the email below. Some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons.

We use access controls, password hashing and session and form protections. HTTPS, hosting configuration and backups are part of protecting data. No security measure eliminates every risk.

External links and marketplace

Social networks and other linked websites have their own policies. The creator marketplace has a separate policy covering collaboration data, messages and reviews.
